You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use digital asset services in your jurisdiction. We may require identity verification before enabling transactions.

Tuel App provides crypto-to-fiat conversion and wallet services. Quotes are indicative until confirmed at execution. Applicable commission markups are disclosed before you authorise a transaction.

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials, PIN, and device access. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised activity on your account.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tuel App is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from service interruptions, market volatility, or third-party network delays.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
